  • Brazil Nuts (bulk section- consuming daily provides highest concentration for selenium)

Pantry/Fridge/Freezer   (purchase as needed- less frequently on our list)

  • 365 Brand Crunchy Almond Butter & Peanut Butter
  • 365 Honey Almond Flax Crunch Cereal
  • Frozen Fruit (when on sale, for smoothies)

  • Dried Lentils
  • 365 Soy Protein Powder (Chocolate/Vanilla)
  • Oatmeal

  • 365 Pasta (I like Angel Hair, he likes everything else)
  • 365 Pasta Sauce (after many trials, 365 is just as good as any other brand and cheaper!)
  • Local Honey (purchasing local helps with allergies)

Drinks/Beverages

  • Milk, Soy Milk, Half and Half or coffee creamer
  • GoodBelly Probiotic Drink in the super green flavor

  • Tea (Black, Green, Chamomile)
  • Beer/Wine -Anchor and Menage a Trios table red usually 🙂

  • Balsamic (we’re hooked on Ritrovo 25 year aged and get it at our local Italian Market
  • Syrup (everyone needs some on hand!!)

  • Nutmeg ( I get the whole nutmeg and use a microplane to grate fresh as needed)

Taco Tuesday

  • Speciality Cheese (if needed)
